Update

I don’t have much interesting to say. It was 81 degrees here yesterday, a record high temperature, and I had my windows open till 10:30 at night. How great was that?

I’m trying for deep immersion on the writing. I haven’t read any of my Yahoo Group digests since Friday. I’ve read personal email, but I’m way behind on answering it. I hit a few late last night, but I’ve got more to get to. I also have some other stuff I need to get going on for ITMH promo, so I’m going to try to read through the agreement before I start writing this morning. I need to get that rolling.

My mom’s out of the hospital. Still weak, but feeling better than she has in months. I’ve been spending some extra time over at my parents’ house even with all the writing I need to do. The last five days have given a little perspective on what’s really important.

And pretty much that’s all that’s been going on. Writing, writing and more writing.

Go Patti. Great to hear about your mom.
It rained….and rained….and rained the last two days here in “sunny” California.
Glad you had a nice day there.
Hope you get a lot of writing done. Just don’t look out the window. LOL.

Terrific news about your mom! I hope she continues to improve and regain her strength. Wow on the weather–that might have actually been warmer than we’ve been in MO! Cheers on the writing too, although hugs on the late nights. I hope you can catch up on your rest soon.

Great to hear your mom is home. It’s not fun being there but sometimes it’s the only place where you can get the help you need.

It reached 79 today in NJ.

I did get a lot of writing done, hurrah! Today the weather is dreary and wet and I had to turn the heat back on. More typical for MN in spring. The weather, though, was sure nice while it lasted.

Thanks, Joyce! And yeah, she needed to be in the hospital because she let it go for so long. I told her the next time Dad says she needs to see the doctor, she better tell him to make the appointment for her.
