came in a roundabout kind of way. Alex and Stacey (from RAVYN'S
FLIGHT) returned and I discovered what was happening with them.
There wasn't enough conflict, however, to sustain an entire story.
Kendall and Wyatt arrived then. I knew Wyatt was Army Special
Operations, and I knew Kendall was involved in anthropology. The
situation came to me when I remembered a reviewer referred to RAVYN'S
FLIGHT as claustrophobic despite the fact that most of it happened
outdoors. It made me wonder what if the hero and heroine really were
in a claustrophobic situation.

Wyatt's handle is Marsh, short for Marshal Earp. He doesn't mind the
abbreviated form, but he hates the full thing.
» Kendall joined ROTC to pay for
college. When her obligation to the army is finished, she plans to go
to grad school and earn a Ph.D. in anthropology.
» Wyatt has two older sisters.
